Enjoy It Deli review

Spotted this new enjoy it deli on Annankatu and gave it a go. The place is nicely decorated and the salads and Tandoor Chicken sandwich looked delicious. As i was craving for my morning coffee fix I opted for a Latte and a croissant. Luckily I was the only customer so nobody got frustrated behind me, since it took like 5 minutes to get something out from the Simonelli espresso machine. The twin portafilter brewed the coffee into a small shot glass, the other drip going to waste… WHY?!?

Finally got my order and proceeded to pay: 4,20€ for the latte and 3,50€ for the croissant. Now that’s what i call premium price.

Thought I would walk my bike to work while enjoying the coffee – wrong. Tasted like overly hot milk, perhaps forgot the (other) half of the coffee as well? Burnt my toungue. You can get one these lattes from Huviretki. The croissant was not crispy.

Still hope Enjoy It gets their act together and make it. The place looked like it had potential. I will go check them out next year again.
