Poliisi on tänään avannut vasikointipalvelun, jonka kautta ihmiset voivat ilmoittaa epäilyista rikoksista tai niiden valmisteluista poliisille. Sinänsä ihan hieno homma, että polisi on mukana valvomassa netin turvallisuutta, mutta ainakaan Firefoxilla tuo sivu ei nyt luo sellaista kotoisaa turvallisuuden tunnetta:

GoogleWave aplikaatio Waveboard, myös iPhonelle

Pikatestin perusteella Waveboard tuntuu olevan melko hyvä aplikaatio GoogleWavelle. Veivaaminen tuntuu huomattavasti nopeammalta ja sujuvammalta kuin selaimessa käytettynä. Ilmaisen version lisäksi on saatavana maksullinen Pro versio, sekä 0,79€ hintainen iPhone aplikaatio, joka sekin toimi varsin näppärästi. Nyt pitäsi vaan keksiä, että mitä järkevää tuolla Wavella voisikaan tehdä…

Finally the Nokia N900 phonespsychotic shapeshifters are being shipped. The advertising video for the device is a bit weird (and way too long):
Would be really intresting to test one of these and see how it compares to the iPhone 3G S.
